Refund Policy for Ebooks
All ebook sales are final. Because ebooks are digital products, once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the problem by:

Re-sending the download link, or

Providing the file in an alternative format (if available).
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate purchases made in error. Requests must be submitted to [your support email] within 7 days of purchase.
We encourage customers to review all product descriptions carefully before buying.
